Ambassador Yogi

As many of you have heard, Yogi is serving as the Official Ambassador for the Bob Hope Classic this week.

Here are a couple of his comments during yesterday's press conference:

* On Mark McGwire making the Hall of Fame: "I think it's going to be pretty rough for him to get in the Hall of Fame, I really do. Just like Pete Rose, you know, he's got tough sledding...I think he waited a little took long to announce it. If he'd done it at the beginning, he might have a chance to get in."

* On his outstanding Yankee teams: "We won five in a row there. I played 17 years and I was in 14 of them (World Series). So we must have had pretty good teams."

We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.

Admission: $6.00 for adults, $4.00 for students under 18.
